Privacy policy
In short: we collect only what is needed to send you a car, and we pass it to no one except the chauffeur on your booking.
Who processes the data
The company named in the registration details. For data questions, contact us by phone or email.
What we receive
Through the request form on this site:
- the type of service — transfer, hourly hire, full day, intercity;
- the pickup address and the destination;
- the date and time of the trip;
- the flight number, if it is an airport meeting;
- the car you selected.
The form does not ask for your name or phone number: once you submit it, WhatsApp opens and the conversation continues there. We see your number in that conversation, as with any incoming message.
When you call or write on WhatsApp we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us yourself: name, addresses, preferences for the trip.
Why it is needed
- to confirm the order and quote the price;
- to give the chauffeur the address, the time and the flight number;
- to contact you about this booking;
- to prepare documents if payment is under a contract;
- to keep an internal record of requests.
The data is not used for mailings or advertising. We do not call or write with offers to people who have not approached us.
Who we share it with
- The chauffeur on your booking — the address, the time and the flight number. Only what the trip requires.
- WhatsApp — the conversation passes through the WhatsApp service and is subject to its own data rules.
- State authorities — only on a lawful request.
The data is not passed to anyone else and is not sold.
Where it is kept and for how long
Requests from the site are stored in the site database, which only the company owner can access. Requests are kept for as long as they are needed for operations and accounting, then deleted. WhatsApp conversations are stored on your device and on the recipient's device.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and connects no third-party analytics. The browser stores only a technical flag that the opening screen has already been shown, so that it is not shown again. It contains no personal data.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google servers.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you may withdraw your consent to its processing. A call or a message is enough. We will delete the data once it is no longer needed for the booking and for accounting.
