Astana airport transfer
We meet you at Astana International Airport (NQZ) and drive you to your hotel, home or office — and back to the airport for your flight. The price is fixed when you book, and you pay nothing extra if your flight is delayed.

Rates are shown excluding VAT. No night surcharge — one rate around the clock. Extra time — please check with the manager.
How the meeting works
- Send us your flight number — we track the actual arrival time.
- The chauffeur waits in the arrivals area with a name sign.
- Helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.
- If your flight is delayed, the chauffeur simply comes for the new arrival time. Waiting is included.
Transfer to the airport
We drive you to your flight from anywhere in the city. The chauffeur arrives 10–15 minutes before the agreed time and waits on site.
Which car to choose
- One or two travellers with suitcases — S-Class or Maybach: 3 passengers, 2 suitcases.
- A family or small group with luggage — Land Cruiser 300 (4 passengers, 4 suitcases) or V-Class (7 passengers, 6 suitcases).
- A group of up to 19 people — Sprinter VIP.
Price
The transfer price depends on the car and is shown in the table above. It is fixed when the booking is confirmed and does not change afterwards: flight delays and waiting at the airport are already included. There is no night rate.
Pay in cash to the chauffeur, via Kaspi, by card, or by invoice for companies.

What if my flight is delayed?
No problem: we track your flight by its number and the chauffeur comes for the new arrival time. Waiting is included in the transfer price.
How will the chauffeur find me?
The chauffeur meets you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name.
Can I book a transfer at night?
Yes, we work 24/7. The night price is the same as during the day.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally as soon as you know your flight. If you need a car urgently, we can be anywhere in the city within 60 minutes of confirmation.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Let us know by phone or WhatsApp at least 3 hours before the pickup time.
